How quickly will I get my security deposit refund?

Security deposit refunds/statements are sent within 30-45 days of the move-out, which is state law in the states where we do business. In practice, we usually get them sent out within 30 days, but we can't guarantee this speed due to the volume of move-outs that are processed during certain times of the year. 

Security deposits are always mailed to the forwarding address provided by the tenant. If the tenant didn't provide a forwarding address, then it's sent to the address of the rental property.
