Vulgar or Abusive Language
East Coast Real Estate Group LLC has a zero-tolerance policy for vulgar or abusive communications. Any tenant who communicates in this manner with any of our employees, agents, or contractors will not be permitted to renew their lease. If a tenant engages in this behavior over the phone, then our staff has been instructed to hang up.
Everyone has a right to go to work in an environment where they are not subjected to such vulgarity and abuse, and ECREG management stands behind their employees.
