How do I submit a repair request?

There are two ways to submit maintenance and repair requests:

  1. Go to the company web site at https://www.ecreg.com, and hover over Tenants at the top of the page and select "Repair Request". You need to review our repairs advice first, as we have many self help guides. To assist you with basic help. If the repair still needs assistance from us, click on Login for Repair Request and follow the prompts. This is the preferred method for submitting repair requests, because it is the quickest.
  2. Alternatively, you can call our corporate office main phone line at (240) 397-5686. Follow the menus to reach the maintenance call center at extension 3, which is 24/7/365.

Do not send an email or call an individual member of our staff to submit repair requests. This is not an approved method, as there is no way to track your request or even find out if you submitted it in the event that the staff member forgets to submit it for you. Therefore, it is required to use the above two methods to submit all repair requests.
