How can I pay my rent?
There are several ways that you can make payments on your lease:
- Setup automatic monthly payments to be withdrawn from your checking account; this can be setup on your Resident Portal on the web site; and this is the preferred method
- Setup automatic monthly payments to be charged to your credit or debit card; this is setup on your Resident Portal; there is a convenience fee charged for this which covers the cost of what the credit card processor charges us
- Make a one-time payment from your checking account using an e-check; this can be done on your Resident Portal, and there is a convenience fee
- Make a one-time payment from your credit or debit card; this can be done on your Resident Portal, and there is a convenience fee
- Pay with cash using the CashPay system at Wal Mart, Kmart and a few other retailers with over 25,000 locations nationwide; there is a small charge for this charged by the store, but it is much lower than the convenience fees on other non-recurring payment options; for details on how to do this, refer to the CashPay article on this help site
- Pay by bringing payment in the form of check or money order to the corporate office location in Hagerstown MD, we do not accept cash at our office
- While we do not recommend it, you may mail a check to the corporate office in Hagerstown MD also; please keep in mind that we are not responsible for the mail, and if your payment does not make it to us in time, you will be responsible for the late fees and will possibly risk eviction if payment does not get to us by the deadline; therefore, we discourage paying in this manner
