Why did a vendor charge me for two trips on the same repair?

Sometimes a vendor has to make multiple trips to your property to complete a repair. For example, if a vendor gets a work order for an oven not working, he first has to go to the property to figure out what's wrong with the oven. After he finds out the problem, he usually has to order a part to fix it. That means he'll have to make a second trip out to the property after the part comes in. Making trips to the property is a large portion of a vendor's costs. It involves labor hourly rates, gas, and vehicle expenses. For that reason, all vendors will charge a trip fee whenever they have to go out to the property. Sometimes they'll discount a second trip charge, but they will generally always charge for it, just because it's a cost that they have to incur.
