Do I need to add ECREG to my insurance Policy?

Yes. Your management agreement includes a requirement to list East Coast Real Estate Group LLC as an additional insured party on your landlord's insurance policy for your property that we manage. This is to ensure that we are covered in case of a tenant lawsuit related to your property, but also to ensure that it's easy for us to deal directly with the insurance company if there is a claim related to your property. Most insurance company's will have no issues adding us to your policy.
